Returns & refunds
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. We want you to be happy with your jersey — contact us first and we will walk you through the return.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached when they were included.
How to start a return
- Email archivefootball.store@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we inspect the return.
- Original shipping is not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are available when stock allows. If the new size is unavailable, we refund the item.
What we cannot return
- Items washed, worn, or damaged by the customer.
- Items returned after the 30-day window without prior approval.
